2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
2.1) REGISTRATION & SECURITY
a) As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide your correct name, email id, mobile no. , state and city of living and other details as required at the time of creating account on website. Your Login ID and Password auto generated and send to your registered email id and mobile number. We are not responsible any financial loss due to incorrect data if provided to us.
b) You understand that you may not (i) select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use the rights of any person other than yourself without authorization; or (iii) use a name that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate.
c) You shall promptly notify us by regular mail or by e-mail at consultee.in@gmail.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or billing information. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity conducted through your user account shall lead to immediate termination of your account, at our sole discretion, notwithstanding any other criminal or civil legal remedies available to us as per the applicable laws.

a) Consultee reserve the right to amend, update and review the Price and/or subscription costs at any time. However, any renewals of user subscriptions thereafter shall be charged at the then standard renewal cost for the period that you originally selected when you subscribed.
b) In case Consultee chooses to amend the subscription cost, users will be intimated of the same, and it will be up to you to decide whether or not you continue with the services offered by us. Such changes are effective as soon as they are posted on the Site.
c) In case Consultee chooses to amend the price of any product/services other than 2.2 (b) above, shall update its current price against each product/services on website.
2.3) GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
a) You agree and understand not to copy, modify, distribute, recreate, disseminate, publish, post, or transfer any information or software found from the Web site. With our prior consent, limited use may be allowed. You cannot opt out of this notification service once you become a user of our website unless your account is deactivated or deleted permanently. 6. TERMINATION & REFUND
a) Should you breach any provision of these Terms of Use, we shall, with immediate effect and at our sole discretion, revoke your license to use the Service and suspend your right of access. In such a case, no portion of your any payment shall be refunded.
b) Should we decide to suspend or terminate your subscription for any reason other than breach, we shall refund to you the unused portion of your subscription payment. You agree and understand that this shall be your sole and exclusive remedy upon such a suspension of service.
c) When you buy a product/service other than Monthly or Annual subscription as mentioned in clause 6 (b), Payment is not refundable after delivery of the product/Service purchased.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE
Consultee has the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service, including the Content of the Service, at any time. Changes in Service will be posted on www. Consultee.in, or sent via e-mail. If any portion of this Agreement or any change of this Agreement of the Service is unacceptable to you or will cause you to no longer be in compliance with the Agreement, you may cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription by accessing Account Services at Consultee. Continued use of the Service now or following posted notices of changes in this Agreement, (notice is given by changing the date of last revision), means that you have accepted and are bound by the changes.

However, if any dispute arises between You and us during Your use of our Website or App or in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or in case of alleged breach of any provision of the Terms of Use, then You and us hereby agree to notify each other of the situation within a reasonable time frame not extending fifteen days from the date of origin of cause of action. Both the Parties will then endeavour to resolve any disagreements in a fair and amicable manner. Until a reasonable effort has been made by both sides to resolve the disagreement, both Parties shall seek arbitration to be decided by a Sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed by us. The medium of the arbitration proceedings shall be English and the seat of arbitration shall be Panchkula, India.
